Just seen the news... poor Jade, only months to live :(

Hi Gucci_B,

I only heard today, also. Such a young, lively lady. Heard also she's marrying her boyfriend. Oh please god, may they enjoy some happy times.

On the other side, i'm so glad Kylie seems to have made it.

What a horrendous disease, striking young people.

My heart, too, goes out to Jade + family, + to everyone else with similar tragic experiences.

With love to all, BS x

A truly tragic situation. And to know that you won't be around to watch your children grow up. Utterly heartbreaking.

Hope that they can keep Jade comfortable and that she manages to be able to enjoy the time left with her family. My heart goes out to all of them.

Very sad. I feel so bad for her that her whole life is being played out in front of the media, she has no peace at all, but she has been very brave. Its very sad that its taken something as terrible as this for people to forgive her and start to "like" her after the whole Celeb Big Brother carry on.

I think she has chosen to live out her last days in the public eye. I am sure she would prefer not to, but at least it will secure some financial provision for her boys after she is gone. I feel so badly for her, yes she has made mistakes, public ones, but she is young and did not have the best upbringing herself. I cannot imagine the pain that a mother would go through knowing she was leaving her very young children and had absolutely no say in the matter.
It is desperately sad, poor Jade and her children.

I think she's just fine in the public eye - after all, it's been her ambition and, as mentioned, has allowed her the opportunity to provide much more for her children than she would have been able to in her "pre fame" life. It may not be everyone's idea of a good time and I'm sure she didn't envision it working out like this but it's her choice and in a roundabout way I think she's doing something good, putting a human face on a common situation and making people at least consider their own health.

For all that we might like to think it so, we don't get to choose our futures. Life can turn on a dime. Worth remembering . .

Terribly sad, poor girl.
Remember her children have a father, who is very involved in their upbringing, so they wouldn't be left destitute.

I don't think anyone is saying that, more that it's a natural instinct for a dying parent to want to provide (in whatever way they define it) because it's one of the few constructive things left to do towards the children's future.
