A bloke riding along the road, holding the buckle of the reins and a very baggy martingale hanging just behind the horses ears and swinging!!! Horse had his head lowered and was slowly plodding along, god knows what he was thinking!!! He was just wondering along the road like that, weird!!

Without flourescent or knee boots too I shouldn't wonder!

I suppose if we were really generous we could speculate that maybe he was cooling him off after a strenous schooling session, but it doesn't seem very likely does it??!!!
