Just to poke the bear... here's some more poorly worded exercise related policy...

Our local police have said 'exercise starts from your front door', so it's pretty cut and dried, dog-walking wise.
My local walk is much less busy since they cut off car park access.

If this is true I don't get why it makes a difference if you're there one hour or one week.

I would imagine it is to reduce the risk of domestic abuse, not just to pop round for coffee with a friend if you have had a tiff.
