As I've just joined I thought it would be polite to introduce myself to you all.
I'm Bea and live in Essex. I used to ride years ago but now spend all my time and energy being chief groom and skivvy to my 15 year old daughter who is the rider!
We have a pony and a horse at the moment. We bought Magic nearly 2 years ago as Jess' first horse after moving up from ponies. He is an 8 year old 16hh ISH who has needed a lot of work. Jess has taken him right back to basics and his flatwork is now fantastic and we are moving onto restarting his jumping career. Immediate plans for him are to start with some unaffiliated sj moving onto affiliated and then longer term start him eventing as xc is what he does best. He has tested our patience over the last 2 years and many would have given up on him but he is such a sweet heart that we couldn't part with him. Here he is:
We also have a full up 14.2 welsh x anglo arab mare called Pollyanna. We have her on full loan for Jess to compete on until Magic is ready. She is about to affiliate and see out her last year with her as a junior. She is a dream to have, very easy to do and very capable and willing. This is her:
