New on here, have posted a few times and stalked for awhile but thought it was time I said hi!
Dont have any horses of my own but have worked with them for years and am jetting off to malaysia in a few days for 3 months to be a trail guide (new thing after doing racing/sj and stud work) and am super exciter about it. If anyone has any advice for me more then welcome as planning to travel alot next few years and see some of the world while getting experience with horses, so if anyone has done anything similar would be great to hear about it :)
So thats me then
Happy New Year guys

Hello and welcome, what an exciting time you're going to have :D

As regarding tips, just be aware that things are done very, very differently in some foreign countries. Pay as much attention as you can to how the horses are ridden and looked after, and don't expect them to respond the same way an 'English' horse would :) Hope you have an amazing time!

Hi and welcome :)!

I used to live in Malaysia. Where are you trail guiding and which horses? Ex-polo ponies or the arab crosses out there?

I'm sure you'll have lots of fun and hope you have a good experience! It'll be hot for sure so stock up on your mozzykillers or eat plenty of hot spicy food like the locals :D

Keep us posted and send photos pretty please!!! :)
