the green mile... and heard this...

Q: On the day of my judgment, when I stand before God, and He asks me why did I kill one of his true miracles, what am I gonna say? That it was my job? My job?

A: You tell God the Father it was a kindness you done. I know you hurtin' and worryin', I can feel it on you, but you oughta quit on it now. Because I want it over and done. I do. I'm tired, boss.

Made me remember xx

Very true, great film. Always notice your threads as your lovely mare has the same name of my girl. Hope you are not too bad, stay strong. She was very loved and very lucky to have had such a wonderful owner who cared so very much. Every horse needs to be loved by someone x

Yeah, I love that film and actually switched over towards the end about 15 mins before that scene came on... Despite not watching the entire film... I was sobbing my heart out. Fantastic film, and very powerful words... As some of you will have seen its a whole 9 months this month, and it had really hit me hard. I kept questioning things and coming up with what ifs... Then I saw/heard that and I actually felt great peace because it really does sum it up... It was exactly what she was telling me without words.

Shannonandtay... Yes, I love SK

Ebonyallen: I'm exactly the same with your threads x

Emilieu: grab a box of tissues or two, and do watch it... It's actually very cleansing to watch and leaves you with a sense of wonder and positivity, it is an emotionally draining film, but I always feel somewhat peaceful after watching it.

Spanish eyes: yes it does
