Me and my pony were out riding tonight attempting some last minute fitness regeme for this weekends show, the usual paced walking and trotting with hills etc when we came to an opening in the field....i think he read my mind as we were both a little tense and just felt the urge to 'run free' lol wind in our hair and a carefree gallop blew all the dust away 
after that we went into working in an outline all loose and relaxed! Amazing what a good blast can do for you both hey! just happy and thought i'd share xXx
