i was just wondering if anyone can wear those things (not sure what they r called) that hold fox scent (but you can buy a new bottle and fill with a drink (like my field master does), just wondering if you have to be a field master to carry one, or can anyone??

If you mean a saddle flask?? Then yes anyone can carry one. I presume that is what you areon about? Or a hipflask in a pocket is also fine!
