I wonder if any legal action could be taken against a message board for assisting dodgy dealers by protecting their identity?
Has anyone been mis-sold a horse and prosecuted the seller?
If the seller was found to have a previous history of prosecutions, couldn't you then legally challenge boards such as this for their part in your being unaware of the sellers history?
If not, why not?
