Just Zulu

Does anyone own a horse by Just Zulu (International Eventer) I have bought a horse by the above stallion and would like to find out a little more about him. I have bought my gelding for Dressage so if you also have an off spring that its successful at dressage I would love to hear about it!

I owned a horse by him for a few years and he was an a*se!

Very talented and did very well on the flat but his SJ technique was appauling, quite bold XC though but nappy at home sometimes.

He was also very cold backed and after a couple or relatively good seasons PN and Nov he took to broncing and bucking me off in the SJing at BE events for some reason so I sold him to my instructor and he hasnt as yet managed to get him out of it and has in the process injured himself and he has bucked a few ppl off!

This is just one horse by him though! Dont mean to put a dampner on things for you! Im sure your horse will be lovely and hopefully talented on the flat like this one was

I liked Zulu when I met him.

We were parked next to Fergus's lorry at portman years ago - he took a bit of a shine to my mare and told me to 'pop a tail bandage on her and he'd brinmg the boy round in a jiffy!'

Zulu was completely chilled, and seemed the perfect gent. Pity I didn't take Fergus up on his offer!

Thanks for that, he looks very much like Zulu and seems to have similar talent but we will see. Did you know Fergus has since died!
