For those of you that don't know what this is about. A video has been posted worldwide of a man - who has been named and shamed thanks to ESMA, throwing a dog off a roof top in Egypt. They stood about laughing while the dog whimpered in agony unable to move. Those whimpers haunt me.

The man admits that he has done it before, and to cats too and doesn't think that he has done anything wrong. The are no laws protecting animals in Egypt - this needs to change NOW.

Signed it, I won't even look at the videos as a dog lover I find it too harrowing. Let's hope these dogs and cats don't die in vain and many more people sign this and boycott these countries that have people who seem to get so much pleasure in hurting dogs etc.
 
I cannot look (cop out) but I have enough nightmares with the cruelty I have seen/dealt with and the thoughts never leave me.:( The owner of the dog needs burning alive.
I have signed and will be donating monthly to this charity.
 
Does anyone know if there was ever any justice for this poor dog? I had a photo of two 'men' appear on my facebook earlier, they were pictured laughing and drinking tea with two dogs hung to a tree in the background :-( very disturbing, but people were sharing the image in an attempt to identify the pair, it reminded me of the thrown dog and wondered what if anything was done:(

I just tried to sign this and it says the petition is closed :-(

I really hope this guy is brought to justice though - I can't believe the sicko's out there. Neglect through poverty or lack of education/access to appropriate care/fodder etc is easier to understand (but not condone) but people who indulge in wanton cruelty like this just make me sick to my stomach. I fail to understand how anybody could A: do something like this in the first place, B: laugh about it and C: completely fail to understand how this is deplorable and sick.

Good for ESMA for picking up the baton - would be great if they joined forces with the Brooke, I have SO much respect for that organisation.
