K*ty country boots or cabotswood? Or other?

Ok I am in desperate need for some new country boots as my current ariat windermere have a mahoosive hole which makes my feet wet and cold! They only lasted a year and can't afford to keep dishing out that amount of money every year!
SO I have come across on equestrian clearance the K*ty country boots either these:

Because they are relatively cheap, as long as they last me a year I will be happy.
But how comfortable are they? Are they waterproof? Are they true to size?

I have the cabotswood and my mum has the k*ty ones both are fab. Cabotswoods are very comfy and hard wearing and very waterproof although i wouldnt ride in them, however if i had the k*ty boots i would ride in them

I have a pair of Cabotswood ones - not those on the link, but a different model -they are fab - really comfy, although I don't use them for riding.....mainly for dog walking!

I adore my cabotswood boots!!! I bought them in April last year and with no tlc from me are still totally watertight and no cracks or leather problems. Also nice to support a British company - based in Bristol

Yep same as above had a pair of boots that lasted all of five minutes

I have had my K*ty oracle boots for a few weeks now and so far so good. They look gorgeous and I'm very pleased with them so far

I've had my k*ty boots the oracle ones for a year and can't fault them, I don't splash about in the mud in them and I have treated them once. Have lasted better than my Dublin river boots!

I have the katy ones,bought last year,they are OKish.if u dont have matchstick/anorexic legs you'll b fine...i have such a struggle to get my left foot in ive pushed all the backs down..also the liner in bottom has crumbled up?? So ok for money i suppose

DON'T GET K*TY BOOTS!
Mums have come apart inside and are very snug despite measurements online. He's only had them since October and now they are unusable

I've just bought the k*ty ones with laces up the side, am slightly worried now after the reviews but my grassmeres lasted less than a year before splitting at the sides. I sent them back and they glued them

So I guess if the k*ty last the same amount of time they will work out cheaper. I fail to find a pair of boots that last a year. I've just taken a pair back to go outdoors because they have split and leaking after less than 3 months and that's only from yard use.
