The other day someone posted about doing flatwork in the Albion K2 Jumping saddle. On that post I said I managed ok with it. I would like to change that statement to I cannot do flatwork in that saddle. For ages people have been telling me I have been riding too short so I lengthen my stirrups, but I can't get my legs underneath me due to the thigh role.

I think I might through a strop and demand my dad buys a dressage saddle for his horse

Its a good way of avoiding dressage though

Im not so sure about this saddle business, recently i find it easier to do dressage in my gp, rather than dressage saddle.

hI ive got the k2 and evented in it for a season but,as I'm quite tall felt I was lifting legs up to kick and when rode longer had no contact with saddle.I'm near you and got saddler just over a year ago to fit the slk ultima dressage saddle and while expensive its fab,can do sitting trot forever.Very secure can hack in it and do canters after schooling very comfy.
