Hi, have been addicted to the forum for a while but this is my first post! The new Kan Teq BP - please, anyone who has one, tried one or has an opinion on them - are they worth the money if you have a - errr feminine figure??! Love my Rodney Powell but I can't breathe in it which is a minor disadvantage...

Hee hee!!! I tried one on at Gatcombe last year (had RP ones since the year dot!). TBH I couldn't stop chuckling all day after I'd tried it on, the one they had there had quite big 'protrusions

' and each time I looked down I could see beyond them!!

Wasn't for me I'm afraid, also found the lumpy bits got in the way a bit, better off squashed down out the way IMO

! I went to Treehouse after that and bought a Racesafe BP, the most comfortable I've tried as I took couldn't breathe under my RP one! Def recommend trying a Racesafe and reserve judgement on the one with the lumps!!!!

PS. I have a 'feminine' figure!!

This is my first ever post on the forum so i am quite the beginner on all this (though i have been watching it for a while!) and happened to stumble across this discussion as I too recently have been body protector shopping! I tried on the new Kan teq bp at a show and really loved it and have subsequently bought one after trying a few of the 'cheaper' options - its hard to know with a product if it is worth all the hype but i actually really liked it - you can really breath in it and if you don't want the more full figured version you can get the one like I have which actually has a flatter bust but still offers some accomodation. I guess it is all down to personl taste - I would recommend trying one on to feel the difference. It also feels really sturdy so i think it will last me years!

I tried one at the weekend and had a long chat to the lady who makes them - she was doing a demo at my local tackshop.

It felt v different to anything I've ever tried, but i really liked it a lot. My only concern is that as I am v petite, I was worried about the length of the back (I normally have to buy kids BPs) and I'd want to try one XC down a drop before I committed to that much money. Took me ages to find the current BP I use as most hit the cantle v annoyingly.

I did think they were really good though, great idea. I'm not exactly big 'up front' though!
