Err, now I'm not being anti-royal here! But does anyone else think that Kate Middleton is not particularly attractive? Okay I expect that she's probably a nice person and she's P. William's choice but errhum she doesn't seem to have any charisma to my over-critical eye anyway

I think she is beautiful, and looks a genuinely nice girl! And even if he chose to go out with a complete troll, so what!? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Can't really comment on whether she is attractive or not, but he obviously thinks so. Having only seen a few pictures of her I can't really tell if she is charismatic or not either. To my not-particularly-critical eye (and I am really in no position to call other girls unattractive) they seem fairly happy together and I suppose that's all that matters

I think she's naturally a bonny lass. It doesn't mean she's better or worse than anyone else, but if they are happy then good for them

Well, it's just that a friend saw her at Sandhurst( William's passing-out parade), and thought that shw wasn't that attractive, but as friend is raving beauty, grrr I suppose she would say that, seriously this friend is beautiful but not"up herself" if you get my drift?

in the flesh so to speak and on photos are two different things. I think she is photogenic, as was Diana for example. Fergie never looked good in photos but is much prettier in real life as part of her charm is her lively personality..which doesn't reflect well frozen in a frame. (Diana, in my opinion, looked better in photos than RL)

I never saw Diana in real life so can't comment, but there is no doubt the camera loved her. Kate Middleton is certainly much more attractive than Diana was before she got the best advisers that money could buy, imho, not that her appearance is at all relevant.

Couldn't agree more, she has a very good temper, I'd be lamping the press if they harassed me like that! Poor lass!

Its different for celebs, they do the job they do like acting, football, whatever, and then take the attention as part of the job - some like the Beckhams positively encourage it - though I've noticed Posh has dropped out of the limelight a lot since the epilepsy thing with her son (And good on the press for once for backing off there)

But the Royals cannot help being born into that family. Fair enough Diana courted the press and it paid off for her charity work, but I'd hate to see a repeat, especially of what the results were off the press following so close that night.

I think the press should sod off and leave her alone. She's not a royal, she's not a celeb. Given the disaster of Charles and Di's relationship and the spotlight it always came under, they should have the decency to let Wills and Kate have some privacy and a chance of building a relationship away from everyones prying eyes.

Anyway, I think she's bonny, I'd swap my looks and figure for hers!!! Nice to see someone not fake and plastic!

And what exactly constitutes attractive?Blonde,plastic and thick as the proverbial?

i think kate middleton is stunning. a real natural beauty who dresses with style and sophistication. i think prince william would struggle to do any better than her!

I dont think she's ugly, but she's not particularily pretty either. She looks pretty normal really! She does look like a nice sweet girl though which will be good for Willy. I wouldnt say no to him thats for sure (well he IS a prince)!

i think she is lovely looking, just thought id say that cos i think she is so much prettier than all those people in ok mag etc! she is very natural looking and stylish! stunning i think.
