KB bridles - grackle nosebands??

Hi everyone,

I have a KB bridle with a flash noseband. I'd like to try a grackle noseband instead of the flash as I think they are more comfortable and effective than the flash but as the KB bridles have the noseband going on the outside of the headpiece, with buckles each side to attach it, I can't just bung on an ordinary grackle! And I don't have another 'ordinary' bridle which will fit the horse. Does anyone know if you can buy grackle nosebands to go on a KB bridle? Or is the only option to buy a complete new bridle?!

Albion are working on the grackle noseband for the KB bridle, but it is not in the range to buy at the moment. Hope this helps

In the meantime I was going to ask my local Master Saddler to make me one.

I should think you could ask a saddler to adapt a normal matching one to fit the KB fairly cheaply.
