Register Ownership only- £15

2)Also by his KC name there is an abreviation (AM1) what does this mean?

5 gen pedigree is just that, breed record suppliment is a list of all the litters registered for that breed and ownership only is just that, you put him in your name that's all you get.

ETA: breed suppliment also includes changes of registration too, copied from KC website:

What is the Enhanced Five Generation pedigree and Breed Record Supplement?
We offer additional items you can purchase during the transfer process these are-

Enhanced Five Generation pedigree – This is an A3 size pedigree certificate providing five generations of your dogs history. If any dogs are champions in the pedigree they will be printed in red text.
Breed Record Supplement - The Kennel Club Breed Records Supplement (to the Stud Book) is a quarterly publication where all registration related applications are shown. This includes litters, transfer or ownership, change of name, exported and imported dogs, health results and many other Kennel Club related transactions. These are listed per breed and published per breed group. All applications entered on our database within each quarter make up each edition.

The registered ownership is just putting him in your name, you will get a certificate saying he is yours. The 5 gen pedigree is his family tree for the last 5 generations, its an A2? piece of swanky paper with his family tree on. The breed records supplement is a KC publication listing all the puppies registered in each group (so all working breeds in this case) its possibly not of much interest to you!
The abbreviation is just part of the KC records...no idea what it means to be honest!

Did you not get a pedigree from the breeder? Normally the breeder supplies the pedigree, although the KC one is quite posh. I agree you probably would not find the breed records supplement very interesting, so prob not worth bothering with.
