hi, just thought i warn everyone in north wales . 2 months ago hubbys car was stolen from house .they broke in to get the keys. stolen on the night that he plays pool i was only gone for 40mins to take him into town ! this afternoon get home from shopping and big dog thats in the yard (my hubby is a builder) is going mad. go round to where his cage is and see a man in the field looking around the pickup !!!! when asked what hes doing he just said looking for his dog (sounded very irish). didnt want to leave a contact number when i asked. now very worried as he was only yard away from where the big horse and coloured foal are in the field with a new ifor williams trailer and mini digger !!!

the man was about 5"6 quite fat. dark hair.

have you called your local police with a description? He might have been seen somewhere else.

yeap called hubby called them at about 3pm and they got back in touch with us at 5pm!!!! saying they'd been busy with a suicidal man and they'd look around the area ( 2 hrs later i dont see the point its dark at 5pm)! slightly pissed off at this as we live about 30mins away from the ferry to ireland .what if something had happened they'd be in ireland by the time they called us back.

Are your mare and foal freezemarked? Can you make your trailer as unique as possible by way of markings etc. Etch your postcode into every possible surface, make it stand out by different stickers, maybe spray some of it a different colour etc.

Don't make it easy for thieves to get away with your things scot free. Makes my blood boil that scum think they can come and take what you have had to work flipping hard for...

Also is there a Horsewatch on Anglesey? If so notify them of what has happened so that they can spread the word.

he he that made me laugh its my big gelding and new foal which were in the field he can be a bit camp thou! big horse is freeze marked foal is microchipped cant freeze mark him as still waiting for passport. trailer has been locked at the hitch post code on roof and sponsorship written on the side. think the guy was looking more at the digger ! only 2 weeks till we get electric gates put in which will be a huge help.
