I would eventually love to move up to Anglesey, obviously with my two beasties. Having done some research recently, it seems to be that there is only one bridleway on the whole island. So where does everyone actually ride? Im kind of thinking there must be some sort of private ride scheme set up or something along those lines. Its hard to find out without actually being up there. I saw some horses on the beach but I think that novelty would wear off it is the only option. Any ideas anyone?

I moved to Anglesey about a year ago now - and have yet to find a bridlepath! But the roads are generally ok around me and there is plenty of farmers cut fields at this time of year (if you ask them nicely!) Its not the best though i've personally found :/The beaches are great but I have yet to ride in Newborough forest although I have heard they are brilliant (getting a pass seems to be the issue)

I live on Anglesey, there are loads of beaches and plenty of nice quiet roads to hack around! Newborough Forest is fantastic - I've been tens of times and still finding new ways!

I also Hunt with the ADH which is a great day out!
Getting a pass is no problem easy to get! But my father insists that no local should need a pass as he's been going there for over 50 years and isn't going yo get a pass now!

Beaches and newborough forest when you have two hundred acres hacking at forest you don't need to go anywhere else. Also lots of quiet lanes so riding on the roads isn't as hazardous except for the odd tourist following sat nav!
