I`m having trouble with this at the mo.

Any tips?. I`ve tried lengthening my leg down from the hip but the lower part still moves. Have also stood up in the stirrups during the canter to get the weight down into my heel which did help a bit.

Will keep updated with any help given.

Thanks all

Do lots of forward seat canter to establish weight down into the ball of foot and a springy heel, dont think of putting the weight in the heel as that can push the leg forward.
The point of contact with your leg on the horses side should be the flat of your inner calf- a common mistake is to put the weight into the heel, turn the toe out and push the back of the calf into the horse.

Keep thinking to yourself 'relax the knee'! If it's just the lower leg thats moving, you are likely to be gripping with your knee, stopping your weight from dropping down into the foot.
Agree with Bossanova, lots of light seat work, and in trot too.
