On taking stock I realise that I have 2 rugs kept for best that I never used and horse sadly now passed on. One very expensive winter riding coat bought 2 years ago and not worn yet as weather not been bad enough ! One Keiffer bridle bought 2 years ago never used.
I pair riding boots still in box bought last year I dont know if its because once used the novelty has worn off or what but its an expensive hobby! Anyone else guilty?

taz has a keiffer bridle that isnt used that often - cost £190 new but he prefers his £25 comfort bridle :o and also he has a cream and chocolate fleece which is only worn at shows as i cant imagin trying to get the poo staines out of it although it was a freebe when i subscribed to horse and hound at hickstead a few years back ;)

i have like a total show outfit for me and my horse so a bridle a whip and a jacket and a pretty numnah. one day its going to be dusted off and used heheh oh i forgot the boots and the jods, my time will come hehehe

I have a lovely fleece and a summer sheet for shows, but I've only used them once as I have the hottest horse ever, who really doesn't need the burden of rugs in summer!

I have a lovely new double bridle that I got two years ago for my birthday - then my mare went to stud for the summer and I got injured and couldn't really ride, and it kind of went out of my mind that I'd got it! Must get it out...

I also have some lovely expensive leather riding boots, but they seem to have mysteriously shrunk and I can't get them on!! Must get back to weight watchers! When I do get into them I will probably find that mice have eaten the lining or something!
