She does some of this and makes her point while be ing very entertaining at the same time. She did one on how to teach your horse to bolt.She has done one on HOW to become a nervous rider. One idea is to hopelessly overhorse yourself. I have added one. Listen to something suitably funereal on way to ride/lesson/comp. Something like Nearer my God to thee. Anyone else got any ideas?
