kent and masters saddles...

Personally, for me having a horse who changed shape numerous times from the age of 3-5 which resulted in us having 3 different saddles.. this saddle is fabulous.. (or though i have the kent & masters jump saddle - leather version).
We had it fitted and bought one when she was 5, she's now 7 and i have two bars (mw and a wide) which she goes between depending on work load (on how much she bulks up).
Its fairly comfortable and looking nice as well.. i'll certainly be purchasing one for my youngster as it'll last him through his changes in body:)

I have the dressage and jump s-series and for me they are great. You get what you pay for but I have had some compliments on both saddles.

I got two saddles for £1600. If the Kent and Masters tree did not fit my horse than I would only have been able to afford one saddle.

The S-series are a more closer contact than the normal saddles.
 
I had an S series High wither. It seemed a lovely saddle and was very comfy. I only rode a handful of times in it but id say its a very similar saddle to ride in as a Thorowgood.

Totally agree with this :-) I did however try a Kent and Masters GP saddle on my youngster as couldnt find any 2nd hand to fit him! He was horrible in it! Really stuffy and wouldnt go forward. Saddler was out with it for me to try and checked fit etc all sat really nicely on him but he hated it! We tried lunging him in it and was exactly the same. Also tried other saddles same day and he didnt react to any others in this way!

Ended up finding a lovely english heritage leather saddle 2nd hand which fits him like dream and he goes so nicely in!
