You don't need to qualify...just be competing at the relevant level BSJA. I think but am not 100% certain that the classes there start at around 1.20m...

Yes I think Foxhunter is the smallest class they have - and that's in an outside ring.
There is the RC teams competition which is in the main ring which is 1.10 - probably the one and only time I'll ride in the main ring at a County Show!
