Kentucky 3DE live feed

I have been trying to get access to the advertised live feed from Kentucky but it appears that the service is only available to subscribers in USA, Canada and Puerto Rico (?). It says you can access from other places but must have a US issued credit card. Wondering if anyone had found another way in or if I am missing something here!
Last year the service was great, so I am dissapointed as I wanted to watch Teddy's test this morning.

I don't know how you can get on, but if you do you'll still be able to see Teddy as the time difference means he hasn't gone yet! I think he'll be at 3pm our time.
