The above fiend has perfected his repertoire of Getting His Own Way and All The Food He Is Allowed. Plus healthy treats. He's within health/age weight guidelines, has been wormed, flee'd, has supervised outdoor exercise and potters round the indoor feline gym that is his barge.
However, he sulks if he can't have MORE of anything he wants. Mainly attention. All the time. Do not move from within (his) touching distance. Do not turn down the oil-fired radiator. Do not create any draught which may touch me.
On the other hand, he is good at repelling unwanted boarders.
An acquaintance leapt aboard without an invitation (bad naval manners) and picked him up. Kevin doesn't like being picked up at the best of times. Probably due to being tormented by a toddler in his previous life. Don't blame him.
Kevin fetched her a swipe (claws sheathed) across her face. She shrieked and threw him on the floor.
He sat down and glowered yellow-eyed menace at her. "I'm not ever coming near that horrible thing again" quoth she. Exit uninvited boarder at pace.
Kevin washed his face and whiskers. I made a cup of tea. We both retreated to the aft cabin. Job done.
