Hi

Does anyone live locally and can let me know how much rain you have had?

I am due to compete at Keysoe this weekend, but concerned that the ground may be quite hard as we have had little rain.

My horse is not a fan of hard ground, and it is quite a long drive for us, so trying to decide whether it is worth the drive, or just to withdraw now.

If anyone has any views, I would be grateful if you could let me know - PM if you prefer.

Thanks in advance.

Not much rain ! No more forecast! they make an effort to improve things however they are on some unforgiving land there

I am also competing at Keysoe tomorrow... from memory they have several dressage arenas on a surface and the dressage ground is sand dressed so not too bad. SJ is on a surface so its just what they have done on the xc really. I will do Dr and SJ and see what the ground is like- if too hard I will pull out as mine has precious feet that get sore easily!
