Keysoe Saturday 20/2 Riding Club Dressage Qualifier

I live near to Keysoe, and today our village Facebook has been notified that there will be a huge cycle race/sportive on Saturday 20/2. It's running on all approach routes to Keysoe and expected to be particularly busy in the morning. Extra travel time essential.

Hope fully those of you going already knew this, locals are usually the last to find out .......

Has that been agreed now? The stuff I saw made it look as though the event organiser had jumped the gun with his announcement. Master class in how to alienate numerous communities!

Postponed until 2017 & they are now talking to people. Think they had a bit of a shock with the reaction they got wanting to close 80km of road on a day when there were 2 big events on the closed roads plus it was Fathers Day which is a bit important for village pubs.
