Kicking other horses whilst hacking!!!

Went out for a lovely hack last night but instead of just having one other horse with us there was two!! My horse decided to give the new stranger a boot!! Any suggestions on how to sort this sort of behaviour out. The whole hack she was looking to see if he was anywhere near and I am sure given the opportunity she would have done it again. Luckily nobody was hurt this time.
 
tell off big at point of trouble, it's a case of more socialising but being on top of any trouble before it happens, but there's not a lot you can do about stopping it it's a case of managing the situtations
