I'm in need of a brown bridle, and a breastplate after too long feeling ashamed of my scruffy neckstrap when we're out and about , but can't spend a fortune at the moment so I'm looking at the Kincade - are these pretty good for sizing, or do they come up big? Small?

I've currently got neddy in a cob bridle, which is bang on except for the throatlash and the browband being a tiny bit less generous than I'd like (middle holes for the cheekpieces and noseband), and he's a fairly neatly built 16hh, so any suggestions on breastplate and bridle size would be really helpful. :)

Both mine are in Kincade bridles.

My 14.3 Andy x TB x Riding Pony is in a Cob and it fits him well. He is a Cob size in pretty much everything. Here he is wearing it - it has a different browband on it, but its the same size as the one the bridle came with.

MY 16hh OTT is in the same bridle but in Full. This one has the original browband on it. I would say they run pretty true to size :)

I had a kinkade bridle and breastplate for my small 15.2 tb and it all fitted fine- again strangely apart from the throat lash which was tiny- all other straps were fine but I had the throat lash on the last hole!

I have a brown one ATM with a padded headpiece it's a lovely bridle hardly been used but am changing tack to black but fitted my tb x connie with quite a small head and my welsh d with a massive head! So varies quite a bit!
