Kincade Contrast Breastplate - anyone got one? + any other recommendations

Hi

I'm looking at the Kincade contrast breastplate but want to know how it attaches to the D-rings - really can't be faffed with buckling it on every time!!

Also, does anyone have any other recommendations for non 5-point breastplates that have silver fastenings. Everything I look at is in gold. I recently got a shires one but its clips broke after using it 3 times so will definitely be sending it back. Very poor.

So, experiences of GOOD breastplates?

Kincade....cheap and nasty and will last 5 mins.
Buy a nice one, look after it and it will literally last you years

Yes I've got the Kincade one I believe.
Yes it's cheap but it does the job.

I have a cheap and nasty Kincade elasticated breastplate.
I've had it 3 years and it's still fine. Admittedly, it's not great quality leather, but it's sound, and that's all that counts. Looks smart enough.
