I don't know much about Morgans so I don't know what a good example she is of her type.
To me she looks very upright in the shoulder and she doesn't look as though she is tracking up in the trot even when loose. She also looks quite straight in the hock and has quite a big dip in her back (not sure how old it is - would definitely be concerned about that if it were young).
All depends what job you were thinking of and how much they were asking for her really.
