Anyone planning to go out?

Bit worried about the ground being very sodden!!!! I hacked all weeknd and could not belive how wet the ground is just now, not sure I want to risk it TBH.

Also how big are the jumps usually out with them????

cheers

Where are they meeting - is it South Kilduff?

I went out with them last season, but I haven't managed to fit it in so far this year. Like you, I'd be a bit worried about the ground at the moment, so will probably give it a miss.

Jumps aren't very big and there is always an alternative route.

can't come unless i pursuade OH i'm allowed the day off from DIY lol!

but - yup - nice easy jumps like small rails or tyres etc and some nice bigger ones if you want. all have a route round them.

ground holds up very well there and she wont let the hunt poach it due to using it for the racehorse's so you'll only be allowed over the stuff that will hold 50 odd horses galloping over it! only deep bit is through the woods to the castle if you go that way - but nothing you wont meet out on a normal day out

have fun!

Boo hoo
that is a shame, prob my last outing this year so really want to go!
Glad her ground holds up. FIngers crossed, and jumps sound reasonable, not sure what my boy will do - most we have jumped is a couple logs and a few ditches!!!
Am jumping about 60- 65 cm in school happily.

argh.
fingers crossed.
Got a Gag as well - might be able to keep his head up this time! bugger....
