Kinpurnie boots - Derby House

As I'm one of those who missed out on the bargain Grasmeres yesterday!

Just had an email from Derby House about some Kinpurnie Newtyle boots, reduced from £250 down to £99.

Does anyone have these or have any experience of them? Are they on a par with the grasmeres? Thanks!

I bought a pair of the mid calf Kinpurnie boots for my OH. He was really pleased with them as they look really good quality and have a nice soft warm lining but the left boot leaked the 4th time he wore them. It was odd as the right one was completely dry. I rang Derby House who said return them which I did and got a refund of postage the next day and a new pair of boots two days after I sent the original pair in.
The new pair are conpletely waterproof and have been thoroughly tested with the recent wet weather and I cannot fault the Derby House customer service, they were polite and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them as I was really impressed with the service.

I bought some Kilpurnie short boots instead of wellies and they are fab - no leaks so far and I walk through mud twice daily and hose them off too. Very pleased and I din't even get a blister the first time I started wearing them or since
