Rosie is on the waiting list for the Intermediate on Sunday (along with 14 others although it doesn't say which class each horse wants go in). Can ayone explain the procedure? Do they sort it out after the official withdrawal date or do they leave it until later? Do they contact you or do they expect you to contact them? Sorry for all the questions but we're hoping you experienced eventers may be able to offer some advice as this is the first time she's been in this position.
TIA

They usually sort that out when times are given.

Who is she doing an Intermediate? is it BB?

Literally when teh times come out if people have withdrawn then you may get in. If you don't, you may get a call the day before saying "there's a space" you never really know who is above you on the list either so it sometimes pays to send an email a day or so before just to see how its looking! Maybe see her there

Yes, BB. They sent the entry off in good time but it didn't arrive unfortunately. She was hoping to do a first Inter before going to Gatcombe for the novice BC but it doesn't look too hopeful. The wait list is actually on BDWP as section P and she's 13th - hope it's not unlucky

Times are due out Thursday night though so with a bit of luck they'll get some warning.
Thanks.
