I don't think either are made in leather & I don't trust the manmade materials for knee boots, leather with a strap around the bottom to hold the boot properly in place & affords the horse good protection should he stumble....I don't think the neoprene ones offer anything like the same degree of protection, sorry so neither

dont like either but if I had to chose id go for the woof wear ones. Your best getting leather ones
