As most of you know I had an ankle replacement last August and things are going as well as can be expected, if not better. Back riding, even started jumping
However I also suffer from RA and over the last few months my knees particularly my left (same as ankle) as got considerably worse.
Today physio has said to rest it a bit more as it is warm and swollen. and if no better in a couple of weeks will look at injecting it
Not such a great problem really but pony has been doing really well and things finally starting to progress and now yet another 'wait a bit'
It is doing my head in. why oh why can't I be 16 again and fit and healthy???
I am grateful that it is me and not a pony injury that is holding things up as too me that is worse as you can't ignore it
So those of you with knee problems how do you deal with it??
