Knee support

Anyone any ideas?
Almost one year ago I had a horrible fall from a horse I had on trial (from a dealer ), which literally exploded the minute his feet hit the surface in the school. This resulted in me sustaining a tibial plateau fracture and serious twisting of my right knee. Fast forward, I am now back riding but struggling with pain in the knee, just below my knee cap. This is not from the fracture but the twist. Anyone had similar and found a knee support that helps and is suitable to ride in? TIA

Do you have flexible stirrups? I have a repaired ACL and found Flexons made a huge difference. Other brands are available

I have bad knees and bought 2 of these, from Amazon also have sprenger stirrups they helped

I prefer to tape up my knee as I find supports bulky and uncomfortable.
There will be online tutorials but maybe a visit to a good physio might be useful to help with strengthening it too and they’d be able to help with taping

My daughter tapes her knee and followed some you tube tutorial.

Second going to a good Physio, they can also advise you on the correct taping/knee support etc.
