Know your New Forest Ponies?

Hmmm, this is interesting, i was wondering about my lad.
Hope you dont mind me adding to you post

Basicly both sires are 'Ashley' ansd then something else, my lad is Ashley Sparkler, his dam/grand dam in Aashley Golden Glitter

I used to have an Ashley pony years ago..

Here is Ashley Sparkler's pedigree. Of course you may have already known that was there! Also here is Sway Supreme Beauty's pedigree.

I know a few forest pony breeders but none of which breed those particular prefixes.. I could dig out the old books and somewhere there's a prefix list. I expect the verderers court would know as they're in charge of all the commoners.

Thanks all - Thistle, my boy was forest bred, (never wins in M&M against the stud breds, everrrr) and will keep looking at www for relatives. Thanks all for your help x
