Suggestions? I have been putting a bit of kibble in it but some falls out of the cage and it is labrador torture! so something gloopy would be best please. :-)

Any paste - liver sausage, cream cheese, peanut butter or black pudding or mix the kibble with mashed potato & freeze.

OK, thank you. I wasn't sure if dairy would be OK, after my lambasting at the thought of feeding milk! Will get something today. Good idea about mashed potato and freezing, too.

Cottage cheese or yoghurt are ok mixed with kibble & frozen too.
Dogs are better with cheese than milf as rennet mimics the action of prey animals stomach contents. ( in moderation)

Great, thank you. One more question...there is always more...I was looking at primula at work yesterday and that would be really easy to use but is it too 'processed'?

Primula is the standard pill delivery medium here & has been for years. It is much better & far less processed than the commercial Kong Fillers.

Wet the kibble into kibble mush, then stuff the kong :)
Freezing is also great, especially when teething and warm weather.

Favoured Kong fillings here are Fish4Dogs salmon mousse (snip corner and squirt in), Prize Choice mince blocks or tinned Butchers tripe (spooned in, squished tight and frozen).

If you fill the kong right up don't they get fed up and frustrated with not being able to get it all out? I have never used one before but this pup is really clingy and it does help her settle.
