Hi I just wondered what's the different between kossolian and electrolyes?
All the racers get kossolian in their feed but head lad wants to add electrolyes on top. Is it needed? I know the importances off electrolyes but hasn't kossolian got it all in?

kossloian is a blood conditioner like red cell or naf enerG - contain iron and B vitamins to improve oxygen carrying capability of blood, and energy use.
electrolytes are for rehydration after exercise.

I don't think that kossolian has salts in it as such, but the Iron may be in the form of Ferrous sulphate which is technically a salt.

does that help?

Kossolian is a vitamain and mineral supplement and electrolytes are something completely different used to help in cases of dehydration or replace essential salts after excessive sweating.
