I've never seen anyone wearing it and the general vibe on here is that she's very unpopular and her stuff is crap!! Someone must be buying it tho...

I don't know who buys it, not all of it is practical, I can't remember anyone in my previous yards crying out for velour shorts to go with their wellies. Some of it is overpriced and yes dare I say I for one would not want to be associated with anything to do with KP.
 
My daughther has a pink jacket and loves it. It looks really nice. would only buy useful items for her and not the shorts etc. Must admit I quite like the jackets. My trainer wears one of the jackets as well. looks ok

A couple of people at a yard local to me are obsessed - wear it to the yard, shopping, school and they are 16/17. It's not my personal taste but then, as others have said, each to their own. I've also seen a couple of girls aged between 8 and 16 wear it around some shows.
 
See I like the denim breechers but I wouldnt buy them purley beacuse they're hers! I think shes rude and selfish but thats just my opinion.
When she was at Burghley loads of young girls qued up for ages to have their stuff signed by her and they couldnt even hand it to her themselvbes and she didnt even take the time to look up to see who she was signing it for and to me thats rude and selfish, if people are going to buy your product to make you money then she should atleast look up and say hello to who ever it is,. Rant over ! sorry
 
I thought the Derby House stand at Burghley this year was very disappointing. They'd given over so much space to the KP collection & what's all thet Rampant Lion stuff?

They surely can't sell that much to the type of customer who frequents Burghley. Also, it seems at odds with their "Ralph Lauren" styling in their ads.
 
Is that Rampant Lion anything to do with the new guy Robert Smith has on board, a rugby player who I believe has launched a clothing range. Strange name though. Pikeur, equiport,Musto, Joules, Rampant lion ??? Is that really a brand name that would be popular with women ?

LOL I think the guy I was talking about is Raging Bull not Rampant Lion so god knows how many more of these mad animals are around.
 
A friend and I were talking about Derby House, I couldn't believe she had made it onto their front cover of the catalogue!! I hope Derby house know what their doing with their brand image!! Anyway after i said that my friend said she went to the store in Wrightington and all her stuff was in the sale, not looking very popular!
 
No. at Your Horse live last year the Derby House stand was full of pink and empty and we didn't see any DH bags. They were like Billy No Mates and missed a trick by not bringing other ranges aswell.
 
I hate her stuff! Its so unpractical and tacky but not actually cheap. She said something like 'I want to bring some style into the horse world' what a joke- weve already got heaps of lovely brands such as Joules thank you very much! I just think the whole range is disgusting.
 
A few kids on our yard can think of nothing better than to waste money making their ponio's look ridiculous in pink sparkly tat. Their choice, but it is highly enjoyable to us evil liveries when those expensive head collars get pulled off never to be seen again by fashion concious ponies with taste.

I just don't get the styling and all that velour is completely impractical, fine if you have "staff" to do all the hard work I suppose.
 
I must admit that I do like the stripey top she's wearing on the front of the Derby House catalogue, but it's far too expensive and it's made by her. If it was Joules then I'd buy it like a shot but I feel like I'd get the piss taken out of me big time if I wore that to the yard!!
 
Did I not read somewhere that she was refusing to sign anything that han't been bought from her stand there & then?

I might have made that up tho!
