UPDATE!

Bridie had a successful op! It was far worse than he had expected so took a bit longer but all in all went well! Yup so much relief...then get the great call to say she has colic! so she only got released yesterday!

She is like another horse! loaded first time on the box (thank god!) arrived at her new yard and was chilled as a cucumber. It's like I have a new horse! No manic weaving that I was expecting or anything! Not sure how she has been today but I'll call and ask the yard later.

We are due to have stitches out on the 30th then the walking can begin!!

Thats great news. Spike had his op in March and is going from strength to strength. Its a long road and very stressfull but worth every minute in the end. Good Luck.

Lass is doing really well am on my second week of lunging its like i have a new horse she is so chilled in everyday things.

It can only be onwards and upwards for you now big hug for u both
