out of curiousity does anyone know of there are any dutch horse auctions similar to the german ones ( eg verden etc)

i can find some reference to them but no real information. im interested in purchasing a four year old but cant find a suitable one in the uk

not sure about dutch auctions, but you could try the Brightwells elite auction this month - http://www.brightwells.com/Equine/H...owJumping/DressageAndShowJumping/Default.aspx

The standard of entries is incredibly high these days - it is hard just to get a lot accepted.

There are a few horse auctions, but they were in April, May and June. Now it's only the foal auctions.
