Does anyone know anything about Mare Gradings and what this means?

It's just the last line - the important one I don't understand. Found this on Google. Also realised yesterday that she is branded as well
 
Spr I believe is 'springen', her jumping score when she was graded. Dr would I suppose be dressage. No idea what the percentages are or the last three bits!
