KWPN owners advice please

I've had my mare for quite a while now and I still haven't changed the passport into my name....
Can you tell me how to go about getting it done? I've had a look on the KWPN website, but its quite confusing (to me anyway!)

There are a few dutch speakers in Competition Riders who helped me understand my KWPN's competition record when I got hold of it - might be worth putting a post in there, as I'm sure someone will be able to help - they're a v helpful bunch!!
