I have just taken delviery of a Kylix Epsilon Horse walker in the last 2 weeks and it seems to be making a few noises I would not expect from it.
The first is a crunching noise coming from the main outside bearing, that sounds like there is some grit in it. Bad in both directions.
The second is a knocking noise coming from the motor inside the main unit. this is worse in the clockwise direction, but you can also hear it in the opposite direction. It sounds like somthing inside the motor is knocking against the casing.
The unit is just sitting on the level pallet it came on, in my garage.
Can anyone here who have a Kylix horse walker let me know if this is normal or might point to some problems, which is what I think.
Has anyone else had any problems or issues with these horse walkers.
I would be greatfull for any feedback.
