The best flashing thing I have found is the horseware flashing safety vest. They are about £15 and you can get them from almost anywhere. eBay usually has quite a good selection of flashing things too.
 
if you type in kit range in google they might come up as many online retailers stock them.
Kit items are well made although not necessary the cheapest on the market.

Loads for sale on ebay - I've just been having a look myself. I've already got the waistcoat that flashes, but am after a hatband and stirrup lights.
