Hi All,
I have great difficulties getting my loan pony to canter in the school, and when i do get her to canter its 5strides tops and from the top right corner cut straight down the middle of the school , so not on the track opposed to where it should be! My friend can get her to canter and ive seen other people canter her aswell .I can canter her in the woods fine and when i have a lesson at another riding school i can canter fine on the ponies. I just think my loan mare is a lil' stubourn as i've been told before
I know myself it is through a lack of balance on my behalf it is a private yard so no instructors but should be having a lesson down there in the next few months or so, so i was just wondering if theres any schooling exercises that i could do with my mare to improve my balance and get her listening and responding to me more!
