Lacking flexibility

I’ve been doing this https://www.riderpilatesclub.com for 18 months and noticed a huge improvement. I was wonky with a very tight right hip, I couldn’t feel my left seat bone, this started me on a great journey and I love my new and improved posture. I also love following people on FB, below is my newest discovery, his videos are way harder than they look

Oh wow thanks a lot for this! How often you are doing them? 😊

I pilates at least twice a week and I do the fb one whenever I have a spare 5 minutes, I’ve just done one as I’m waiting for my horse to eat some hay 😁 i also have just added a weight training session once a week, i asked chat gpt to build a program for me

Equimech channel has some great Youtube content and offers one to one assessments online which I'd always recommend, we're all different and need to focus on different things. Remember that flexibility can only be built on strength, if one part is weak then another part steps in and gets tight, stabilising the weak area. It's nearly all compensation.
